Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
Physical- wourking out and eating health through pregnancy.
Spiritual-volunteer teaching a class or helping at the church.
Psychological-graduate!
One of my psychological goals is the same as you: to graduate! :) I have also decided to let go of people and things that are unhealthy for me to be around. I have 'friends' that I always seem to have to contact and I don't hear from them otherwise. I realize this is not really a friend; friendship is a two way street. It is pointless and frustrating for me to try to keep a friendship alive alone with no help from my 'friend'. As I have gotten older, I realize it is more important to have a few good friends than a bunch of fair weather friends. Simplifying life is best way to make it less stressful.
